A storm just passed.
The quiet settles in.
A moment to catch my breath.
A rest stop on the side of the street.
A place for travelers to gather.
Underneath a fluorescent lamp which attracts the moths.
Take a seat and have a rest with me.
We can share this quiet moment.
No turmoil to divide or conquer.
Where is tomorrow’s destination?
What challenges must we face?
For now we can just rest in this quiet serenity.
