We’re Still Here

We’re still here.
Walking between the giants.
Their thunderous steps shake the earth.
While our small pitter patters are all but drowned out.

We are often overlooked or not noticed at all.
But our importance cannot be overstated.
While the giants walk with their heads in the clouds up above.
We walk in the dust clouds and tend to the earth.

While we cannot move mountains or uproot a forest.
We still see our impact grow with every flower that blooms.
So while you look out at the world and notice the grand wonders.
Don’t forget to look down and notice the details.

For in the imprint of the giants, we stand triumphant together.
We remain small, but not unimportant.
