Rehashing old arguments in my head.
An ongoing debate but I’m too winded to win.
Wondering if you are out there having the same one-sided quarrel.
Our words are too light.
No impact.
No killing blow that just puts this thing to rest.
Too afraid to take the last words.
Like it’s the last slice of cake.
And we’re both too polite.
