Hello Internet!
It has been quite a bit since I put out a legit Weekly Blog and I’m sorry! But here I am with a quick, Special Weekly Blog about Thanksgiving. If you aren’t aware of don’t live in the United States, you might not know, but today is Thanksgiving. It’s a day full of turkey, mashed potatoes, and pumpkin pie as well as non-food things like friends and family spending time together while watching The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade or NFL football. It’s a day to think about all of the blessings we have in our lives the day before we invade stores and shove grandmas out of the way to get a Pokemon Sword and Shield Switch Light or a new crock pot. All of that is really the American way. But in all seriousness, Thanksgiving is truly about giving thanks and taking a moment to think about all the great things going on in my life that I can be thankful for.
Obviously when start to talk about what I am thankful for this Thanksgiving, I have to mention my family and friends who are so supportive of me and are always there when I need them the most. I don’t know where I’d be without them and everyday I am reminded of how amazing they are. Everyone has such busy lives (me included), but at the end of the day, I know that I can rely on them for advice or a place to vent my frustrations or whatever I may need. Of course I always try to return the favor, but I know I’m so lucky to have such wonderful and amazing people in my lives. If anyone of these incredible people read this, I hope they know how much I love them and care about them.
Secondly, I want to mention all of you, wonderful readers. This year has been very rocky in terms of actually publishing pieces on the website. There have been some high – highs and some low-lows, but you wonderful people continue to support me and read my stuff. One of my highest days in terms of views was actually this month and so far, this has been the only new piece published in all of November. Whenever new stuff comes out, you all jump to support it with your views and likes and it just makes me so happy. I’m truly sorry I have not been able to write more stuff, but just knowing there is a core group of people out there just waiting to read my stuff and support me makes me very happy. Thank you!
Again, I’m sorry for not writing as much but I am hoping to put out a few more pieces in December before wrapping up 2019 and setting my eyes on next year. It’s crazy that we are almost in a whole new decade and I want to begin that decade with some awesome new pieces. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving or just an awesome day if you don’t celebrate Thanksgiving.
Thank you all again for the love and support and I hope there isn’t months separating this Weekly Blog from the next.
Happy Thanksgiving!
