Hello Everyone!
I hope you all are doing well this holiday season. It has been a really long time since I’ve published a proper Weekly Blog here on my blog and that streak continues because there is nothing proper about this. I just wanted to give you all a quick update on how I’m doing and what’s going on here on the website. First of all, today is Thanksgiving Day here in the United States and I want to give a shout out to all of you who read my stuff, new and old. I’m truly thankful for the audience I have here on the internet and even though I’m wildly inconsistent with uploading anything, there is still a small group of people that reads what I write and seems to enjoy it. So thank you so much to all of you that read my stuff no matter when I publish it.
This year has been a year of low-lows and high-highs. I have not really been updating you all on stuff throughout the year, but overall I’d say that I’m in the best place I’ve been both physically and mentally since I don’t know when (definitely since the pandemic). I’ve just been so busy with other hobbies like reading and video games that I have just had no time to write. Well maybe not, no time, but very little time and my motivation to write has still been pretty low. There’s just this cloud of mental fatigue that I have not been able to break through whenever it comes to getting back to writing. Maybe I just really need to sit down and force my way through it. I don’t know. That’s for me to find out I guess.
Anyway, going forward don’t expect me to put out a lot more than I’m doing now. Maybe motivation will strike but I don’t want to make any promises or raise any expectations. Expect nothing from me and then when I do publish like once a month, it can be a pleasant surprise. There will be some changes to the website as well but I don’t think you all really need to worry about that. Just know that I plan on writing more in December and next year but I don’t think it will look any different from most of this year where I’m only publishing one or two things a month.
Again, I’m really thankful for all of you that continue to read my stuff and support me. I also thank you all for understanding even though I don’t do that well at communicating all of this to you. I really do appreciate all of you! Now stop reading this and go eat some turkey and pumpkin pie because that’s probably what I’m doing right now!
