Profound

Do the words I write have to be profound?
Words perfectly placed in a particular order.
Or can I just speak from my heart?
Words spilling out without purpose.

Am I a Poet?
A crafter of words and prose.
Or am I just an amateur.
No timing for rhyming as I write.

Does meaning come from the writer?
Or do readers give it life?
Can I just put words down on a page.
And then let them                        breathe.
